the Run dialogbox type : gpedit.msc

This opens the group policy editor. Then go to:


Local Comjavascript:void(0)puter Policy-->Computer Configuration--> Administrative Templates-->Network-->QOS Packet Scheduler-->Limit Reservable Bandwidth


Double click on Limit Reservable bandwidth. It will say it is not configured, but the truth is under the 'Explain' tab :


"By default, the Packet Scheduler limits the system to 20 percent of the bandwidth of a connection, but you can use this setting to override the default."


So the trick is to ENABLE reservable bandwidth, then set it to ZERO. This will allow the system to reserve nothing, rather than the default 20%.

and mind u this trick works...... ive tried it n now my browsing speed has definitely increased!!!!!!!



2.Increase ur internet speed by dis simple trick.
Juz Go wid dis path

1-My computer
2-right click
3-manage
4-device manager
5-go to Ports-Communication Port(double click on it)
6-see d Communication Port properties
7-go the Port Setting
8-and now increase ur "Bits per second" to 128000.
9-Flow control" change 2 Hardware.
.
Apply-Ok-Be happy......Njoy.....

3. Try the following..........

4. Iv'e personally found a dramatic increase in web browsing after clearing the Windows XP DNS cache. To clear it type the following in a command prompt: ipconfig /flushdns.

ALLOW MORE THAN 2 SIMULTANEOUS DOWNLOADS ON IEXPLORER .


This is to increase the the number of max downloads to 10.

1. Start Registry Editor (Regedt32.exe).

2. Locate the following key in the registry:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Internet Settings

3. On the Edit menu, click Add Value , and then add the following registry values:

"MaxConnectionsPer1_0Server"=Dword:0000000a

"MaxConnectionsPerServer"=Dword:0000000a

4. Quit Registry Editor.
